Our online services offer hassle-free booking options for both Pre-paid & COD. After booking our customer care executive will call you to confirm the slot, tests & technician details. You may choose to reschedule the appointment by calling our contact centre between 07:00 am – 10:00 pm.
In the event of non-availability of service or preferred time, you may cancel the appointment from the App or Website or through the Contact Centre. A booking can be canceled till 3 hours before sample collection. Once the sample is collected by our technician, the order cannot be cancelled.
Upon successful cancellation, if the order is pre-paid, the same is refunded back to the source in 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation. Refunds are not applicable for COD orders.
